9. What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

We understand that life can be unpredictable! If you need to reschedule, just give us a heads-up and we’ll happily find a new time that works for you. For cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled clean, a small 25% fee applies to help cover the time we’ve set aside for your home.

10. Do I need to be home during the clean?

Not necessarily. We can arrange a time that suits you, whether you’re home or away, while ensuring your home is secure and treated with care.
